Old Buckhurst house pixOld Buckhurst Garden - Visitors' comments
A Few Extracts from our Visitors Book

Several visitors have been kind enough to say the Garden at Old Buckhurst is the new Sissinghurst!  We find this embarrassing as no garden can compare with Sissinghurst but there is a similarity in that Old Buckhurst used to be a Farm and we were fortunate to inherit the old Farmyard Walls.  This has helped to form separate areas:  hence the comparison with Sissinghurst.

Here are a few extracts from our Visitors Book:

27 July 08   You have created a most beautiful, idyllic haven.  Thank you for sharing it.  I believe that
we are here on earth to make a
difference; to make an improvement and you have certainly
have done this here in creating this place of beauty as an inspiration to others and for the
benefit of future generations.  (New Zealand)
.

27 July 08    A revisit coz I loved it so much the first time.  Even better this time - I'd happily live in the pink/blue

20 July 08   This wonderful garden has to be the best we have seen up to now.  Having visited a large number of NGS

                    about her garden.
